Last March Matt Lillard took over as the new General Manager for Mad River Glen, leaving Alaska for the Green Mountain state. As Matt prepares for his first full season at the nation's only cooperatively owned ski area, we caught up to him and asked about a number of things, including his ski industry career, dealing with the ups and downs of a Vermont winter and the future of Mad River Glen.
