Recently a National Trails Day celebration was held at Blueberry Lake to mark the opening of a new trail, Amenta’s Way, in honor of Mad River Riders Board member Tony Amenta.
Holly Knox, the recreation program manager for the Rochester and Middlebury Ranger Districts in the Green Mountain National Forest, kicked off the festivities.
